General sale's conditions - Cancellation fees

Each accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
Reservations can only be made online.
A deposit of a minimum of 50% will be taken upon reservation.
A deposit of €4000 will be requested before your stay (check or bank authorization). It will be returned to you not later than 72 hours after your departure if no problem has been noted.
We advise you to take a cancellation insurance covering the costs of a seasonal rental; make sure that it covers you in the event of damages.

Arrival / Departure :
Check-in from 4PM.
Check-out 10AM.

If the maximum number of occupants is not respected, your rental will end immediately and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Your entire rental will be due and you will not be able to claim any compensation.
An additional invoice may be issued to you following non-compliance with this clause as compensation for the owner.

Any visit by an additional person must be subject to our agreement and cannot under any circumstances give access to the equipment (swimming pool / bedding). The peace and quiet of the neighborhood must be respected, so you are asked not to make any noise after 11 p.m. (music outside, shouting, singing, etc.)

In case of cancellation :

• Up to 60 days before the date of the beginning of the stay 10% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged (including options)
• from 0 to 59 days before the date of stay 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained (options included)
